- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★When I first approached Kate West, I only wanted to purchase flood insurance. She helped me to get a very deal in a timely manner. Kate is a very patient and friendly insurance agent. I really like the way she handled things, so I asked her to provide me with the quotes of my auto and home insurance. It turns out the premiums and the coverage are both good.
